Lilly’s Veggie Paws


2 3/4 cups oat flour

1/4 cup fresh parsley

1/4 cup fresh mint

1/4 cup rosemary

1/4 cup carrots

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp. parmesan cheese

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. baking powder

1 egg

Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. In a food processor, chop all of the vegetables and herbs. Add oil, egg, parmesan cheese and water. Blend well. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until dough forms. On a well floured surface, roll dough into 1/4 inch thickness. Use a paw shaped cookie cutter to cut the dough. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and serve.
