Laszlo’s Wheat Free Chicken Biscuits


1 cup oat flour

1 cup oatmeal

1 tsp. olive oil

1/4 tsp. baking powder

1 cup ground chicken, cooked

1/3 cup water

Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Grind oatmeal in processor to make a coarse flour. Remove and set aside. Add chicken, oil and water to food processor and blend thoroughly. Add the rest of the ingredients including course oatmeal flour. Blend until mixture forms a ball. Knead for 2 – 3 minutes on floured surface until a soft ball of dough forms. Roll out to a 1/8 – 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into shapes with floured cutters. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet for 20 – 25 minutes. Cool completely.
