Easy Homemade Dog Treats Recipes
So why did I create a website about homemade dog treats?
I started my own dog treat business several years ago and I wanted to share my story, as well as help others who may be interested in learning how to make homemade dog treats. My in-laws used to bring homemade dog treats back from Florida every year, and after seeing how much my dog enjoyed them I thought… I can make these myself! This is where I got the idea to start a dog treat business. However, I quickly learned that it wasn’t all that easy.
It wasn’t making the homemade dog treats that I trouble with, that was easy enough. It was all the little things that came up when I started selling my homemade dog treats. For example, how to preserve homemade dog treats, how to package homemade dog treats (That would be shipped), and how to market my dog treat business without spending a fortune. These are just a few of the questions that I had:) I wish there were a website like About Homemade Dog Treats that I could have referred to when I first started out! After all, I was a school teacher, what did I know about running a homemade dog treat business?
So after being in the dog treat business for nearly a decade, I figured that I could share my expertise with anyone interested in learning about homemade dog treats and perhaps someday starting their own business.
My goal was to create a place dog lovers! My site is full of information and I hope everyone enjoys using my site as much as I did creating! Share an easy homemade dog treats recipe, learn how to make homemade peanut butter dog treats, homemade dog food and even homemade dog cakes! And I’m happy to say that the number of dog treat recipes found on my site continues to grow thanks to all of you!
