Bailey’s Barkin Grrrrisotto


2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. sesame oil

1 potato, peeled and finely chopped

2 oz. cooked whole grain rice

2 oz. canned sweet corn

3 oz. cooked chicken, in strips or chunks

2 tbsp. plain yogurt

Directions: Heat oil in skillet. Add potato pieces and saute’ for 5 minutes. Slowly stir in rice and sweet corn. Add chicken, stirring a little longer. Reduce heat to low. Keep stirring for another 2-3 minutes. Add yogurt and blend thoroughly. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Stir again. Allow to cool completely/ Sprinkle sesame oil on top of food (optional).

Raw Diet Version:

All ingredients are the same. Just use cooked potatoes and raw chopped chicken. Simply combine all ingredients and serve!
